Abby has brought us many golden moments. Her owner, Jim McFadden, approached me about showing Abby and asked if I thought she was worthy. I took one look at her and knew the quality of golden that he had in his hand. I immediately said yes and the rest was history. I showed Abby to her American Championship and along the way she garnered a Specialty Major. After her championship, she was retired from the show ring to become a mom. Jim and I decided last summer that maybe it would be fun to take Abby to the Golden Retriever National Specialty that was being held in Enid, OK. Jim biked and conditioned Abby for several months getting her in tip-top shape. I took Abby to Oklahoma to show in the BOB competition and she made it through all of the cuts down to the final group of dogs and was awarded a JAM (Judge’s Award Of Merit). That was truly a dream come true for “Team Abby". Abby has given me some fabulous moments but most of all she has given me an AWESOME friend in her owner Jim McFadden. Thank you Jim for everything you are to both Sue and I and for allowing us to share in Abby. Abby will be bred to our Abraham the Fall of 2010. Inquiries welcome.
